About The Course
This 1-month introductory course is a great start into the world of Qi Gong and start reconnecting with your body and breath.
You’ll learn:
Body opening exercises to open and release the body for a healthier life and a calm breath
Foundational Qi Gong forms for energy flow and posture
Standing practice to sink energy and build up
Simple daily practices that can help you calm down and center again
To feel your diaphragm, stretch and release it to allow a natural breath to happen.

Since over 5 years is Sebastian Reinhard teaching his classes in Tai Chi & Qi Gong. In the last years he spend more intensily in deepening his knowledge about the breath and its relationship to the body and the nervoussystem.
His own skill and experience in teaching newcomers to this practices will make this course a smooth and impactful experience for the participants.
